Mr. Parihar, employee of BSNL in Singrauli Exchange, is mostly unavailable in the office, during office hours. The security guard or other staff are unable to give any information about time of his availability.

This complaint is being placed after several observations, and sufferings, as I had to miss my office to submit my request and get acknowledgement.

Kindly, ensure that he remains present during office hours, for which he is paid from our money (as tax payers).
