Dear Sir,

This is to bring into ur notice that here in our company bharti axa life ins.co. ltd. we have tie up with overnite courier services. But we can't get any facility from our courier vendor.

Beacuse the attitude of the courier boy & incharge mr. parveen is very rude. The courier cut off timings is 6:30. after that the courier boy has comes for pick 5:45.In that case mostly we have to sent our courier by our house keeping staff in overnite courier office.

In our 50% cases we are facing courier delivery problem & if we call up in overnite local office then they can't give any positive revert & proper resolution for our query.

So kindly requesting u pls intervene. Awating for positive reply.
