No proper distribution of Electricity

Dear Sir/Madam,

I m submitting this complain on behalf of my villagers and neighbours. we are the citizen of village-siswa khurd, po-lebhari, ps-mairwa, distt-siwan, bihar. It is obserbed from last few months that newley electricity supply wires are connected in the village. however, there is no bihar govt. announcement about this plan, execution and fee in the village. contractors are claiming themselves as owner of electricity supplier.they are collecting 200 rs from each home without providing any receipt. they are promising that very soon electricity will be running in this village. after all, few homes are lightend with electricity bulbs but few homes are not. contractors and few gundas (2-3 villagers) have cut the electricity wire that pass through my neighbours homes. after searching local authority for help, my neighbours are helpless to get their money back from contractors.
