Delay in issue of Birth certificate

I have applied for Birth certificate of my son in e seva counter at Nallakunta/shivam road branch, Hyderabad on 17th oct. I have submitted all related documents for issue of Birth ceritificate. Till date they are not issuing the birth certificate. I have visited them almost 5-6times in this regard. They are giving some or the other reasons but they are not looking into this matter to solve it. I request the concerned officials to look into this matter and solve this problem as quickly as possible.
