Courier not reached

I am shanawaz alam, one of my relative had sent a courier 2 jaipur. It has been sent a long back nd in the website of blazeflash it was showing delivered till 16th march but today its showin its not in our system contact customer care.the courier has not yet delivered 2 jaipur, wen called dey said that it will reach by tomorrow but today also it has not reached nd wen we are calling they are not picking up the call.we are realy harrassed a lot, sender as well as the reciever.we have really got irritated with this service of BLAZEFLASH courier service. Plz i humbly request you to look onto the matter as soon as possible and take strict action against this company.
