I sent a courier from the BlazeFlash Courier office in Swastik Vihar, Panchkula - Haryana on 11th Oct. This courier was to be sent to Jammu. Till 15th Oct the courier has not been delivered. AWB number of the bill is 293731848. I called both Panchkula and Jammu, BlazeFlash offices, but no one has a clue why this package is not delivered. I keep getting assurances that courier will reach in another 2-3 hours. I am listening to this non-sense for last three days. Courier contained extremely important documents which should have reched by 15th Oct.

I want BlazeFlash to pay for money spent on calling and following up, mental torture and loss of revenue caused by non-delivery of package by 15th Oct.
