Pod not being given

Sir,

i am very disappointed and upset with their service. their customer care service is just horrible. i delivered a parcel through them, firstly they delivered it extremely late and due to this late service i suffered a loss of 7 thousand, and now for the refund of that money i need their pod (proof of delivery). for that i have contacted their customer service a million times, but they are very disrespectful and least bothered to help. i badly need your help, the case is of atmost importance to me because my money is stuck and i need to retrieve it before its too late. please help me sir.
