Dear Sir/mam, would like to bring to your notice that on 11th marc I have booked a parcel with blazeflash courier service /vide POD no 209356018 from their branch add:-115 G/F.satyaniketan moti bagh2.New Delhi-21. which was supposed to reach in Itanagar. but the parcel has not reached till date. after doing so many queries still didnt got any proper answer for delay. and moreover I came to know that the courier service has no branch in Itanagar though they have booked the parcel.
Now It is my kind request to you to take necessary action against the said company and provide me with justice.
