Blazeflash courier
Non reciept of lette

Sir, Head office of AVIVA insurance company at Mumbai sent my insurance policy through Blazeflash courier Bill no 112470066 but I did not recieve till date. I informed to Aviva insurance company that still I did not recieve the policy they replied make indemnity bond on Rs 100 and plus Rs250 for issuing duplicate policy.

One thing I did not recieve policy so why should I submit that I lost policy. And is not this duty of the company to deliver the policy to me? What action I take against whom? Blazeflash or Aviva.
