Respected Sir,

This is regarding complaint non delivery of courier. Other details are mentioned below:

Consignment no - 192941677

Courier date - 27/7

Source location -Hazratganj, Lucknow, India

Destination location - 174/ 37 peer jalil north golaganj Lucknow, India

Online Status - Not Delivered as on 20/08

But till date I have not received it. How much time it will take more, I don't know.

Need your urgent attention on this, as the courier includes important documents.

This is very critical situation for me.
