Not received courie

Dear Sir,

I have couriered medicine from Laxmi nagar branch, (Delhi) to katihar (Bihar) on dated 12-12 morning. Today is 21st December. Still we have not received the medicine, we have urgent need of that medicine, This is my courier no 216229858.I asked to Laxmi nagar branch but they are not able to tell me why courier taking so much time. I did complain at laxmi nagar brance regarding this on 20th Dec.but no one is taking any kind of action
