Non Delivery of Documents

C.N. No 213207372 Booked from Delhi to Local on 11.1.2010 is not delivered till today on 15.1.2010. Complaint no dt 14.1.10 are 921 & R234.Customer care centre is verry verry irresponsible. Call them at least 100 times they may pick once if u r lucky. Director Mr Sachin Aggarwal (Mob no 9810629898) attitude is also same as staff. (yatha Raja Thatha Praja) Instead helping he asked to call the booking agent.

No reply of any kind from company towards complaints, till 15.1.10
