Non Delivery of Courier, Consignment no 213907593

Dear sir,

I had sent a courier from Noida to Katihar (Bihar) on 12.03.2010. The consignment no. is 213907593. But till today as on 07.04. it is not delevered.

I complained several times by phone/e-mail/Fax/Courier to the company. There is no responce from the company side that disappoints me a lot.

Please take suitable necessary action.
