Dear Mr. Agarwal,

It is very sorry to inform you that your courier services are not up to the mark as per norms and deeclarations what you make. I came to this conclusion because of my present and past experiences.

I have couriered a document to mumbai from Lucknow on 8 feb '10 but till now it has not reached to its destination. The details of courier are as follows:

For your kind information i would like to tell you that all the no. you have on internet and on the courier slip are false nos. Moreover the no. you have given are also false no.s. Only one no is working on which Madam Manju has attended but she is so casual in attitude that she is not bothered to register the complaints also. She has make me to hold on STD call for more than 15 min, I hope you people don't feel the importance of time of yours as well as of customers, I would like to bring in your notice if you are not aware the details of no. you have displayed on net on courier slip are not working:

all dehi no. are also not working.

I request you to kindly get this courier done today. I am also going to register a complaint in consumer forum against you and your services you are claiming to provide the to your customers, but actually they are the bluff what you show to attract your customers. I hope you have recievd the message, your favour will be highly appreciable. If this courier is not deliverd today than i have to take a strong action against you.
