I had sent a courier to my Brother who lives in Mumbai thorugh BlazeFlash couriers on 29th July'10 vide docket number 111899598. The courier is yet to reach the destination. I have been regularly followign up but in vain. The customer services is not willing to help. Also, i have written several times to their MD, even he is not repsonding. That packet contained a gift for my brothers anniversary.

It's a general appeal to everybody. Please don't use BalazeFlash. Their services are pathetic and the customer care executive are foulf mouthed. They don't care about their customers. Also the non responsiveness of their MD shows that he is used to it.

Spend few bucks more to ensure that the shipment gets delivered properly.
