Non-Delivery of courier & Irresponsive behaviou

I sent a courier from panckula to Fatwah, Patna on 9/9 using BLAZEFLASH COURIER LIMITED. Today is 21/09 and my courier has still not been delivered. When I am chasing the BLAZEFLESH for the same, they seems to be very irresponsive and careless. I have not got any clear response from them as yet. They are making lame excuses all the time. Please look into this matter urgently and penalize the said courier company.
