COURIER NOT DELAYED

Hello sir.. i hereby state that my courier which i sent through blazeflash on 31-12 has not been delieverd as they say that they are unable to trace the consignment... due to this i bear a loss of almost 6000 rupees... inspite of registering the compliant and asking the customer care they are just giving me false committments and delaying me and not giving any response ..i am facing too much of problems and the shop owner is also not giving me any attention about the loss of my courier. they keep on giving me time and say that i must wait ..inspite of all my efforts it isn't worth... so i can just claim and ask to refund me for my claim... as it is unfair on your part for not paying on your inefficiency and negligeny... either you pay me the amount i claim or just find out my courier and deliever it to me..
