BLAZEFLASH COURIERS LIMITED
Consignment not deivered nor returned back

I wish to register a complaint against the Blazeflash Couriers for accepting my consignment (Consignment Number 700133682) on 21st Aug for having it delivered to an address in Bangalore. The consignment did not get delivered because they quote it as no service zone.

Firstly, if that be the case they should not have accepted it.

Secondly inspite of several mail correspondences with the senior authorities of the company the consignment is still not returned back to me nor is available at Mahipalpur Branch which as per their online tracking seems to be the place the consignment got returned to. There is no clue of where the consignment and now even the senior executives who just responded to my mail once isn't bothering to even reply to the mails that I am writing.

Hence I wish to register a complaint against the company for mental harassment and poor service they have portrayed.
