Non-delivery of Consignment

A consignment No.202943927, comprising of an important letter was booked for local delivery, with a franchisee of the above company " Pooja Courier Services",

LSC, DP Block, Pitampura, Delhi-88 on 10/10. After more than a month later, it has been confirmed by the consignee that the same has not been received by him. It has also been confirmed by the booking concern that they have not received any confirmation or receipt of its delivery from the controlling office. The tracking system at the web site of the above Courier Company is showing as the subject consignment having been delivered on the same day without having been signed by signed by the recipient.

It is very strange that the consignment which was booked on the evening of 10 Oct.2010 was delivered that very day, the date shown on the booking slip, whereas the date of booking on the website tracking system is shown as 07/10.
