Courier not received/ No cooperation from cusomer service executives

Dear Sir,

One of my document has been booked on 22/03 at Hathras (U.P.) from Blazeflash Couriers Ltd. The consignment number is 296968735. It destination of this packet is Balrampur (U.P.). We have lodged complaint to customer service executive of BF. Courier. But even till today 30.03. neighther we ha received this packet nor any other action has been taken by the company. We tried to call senior executives of Blazeflash Courier but they have never picked our phone.

Therefore, I am requesting to your good self to may kindly take strict action against the Blazeflash Courier Ltd. company.
