I had mailed a courier (cosginment no.-213427109) on 27th January from Gaziabad, Vega Courier [blazeflash dealer] for Lucknow, UP.
Till date there is no information about the courier. There is no update on the website and the no one has idea where the courier is right now.
This is not the kind of service expected from such a reputed organisation.
