Asking for bribes

Dear sir/Madam

Last year I had buyed a small piece of land and this time I applied for the Khatian Number. The office of the Block land and Land reforms officer at Sukhipokhari embarrassed much that he was asking for 12 thousand rupees for doing so. I have shown him all the deeds and necessary papers but he was drunk and most of the officers were also drunk. I had very limited leave therefore I have no other option than pay the amount and take the khatian. When I got khatian he intentianally made the gaderi land into bijanbari and when I asked for conversion again they asked for 5 thousand ruppees as a bribe. I was there in the office and many people are asked to pay huge amount of money for the work they are supposed to do. Therefore I request you to kindly stop these corrupted officer to embarrass poor publics. My other request that Income tax department should raid their office once in a months or so and punish them as soon as possible..
