False Delivery Report of Courie

Blue Dart has the worst courier services I have ever used. I belong to Delhi and I am working in Pune for now. On Diwali, my mother had made some sweets at home and couriered me as I could not go home this Diwali. Blue Dart instructed to write "Home Made Sweets" on the box as the parcel contained edible item.

The courier was dispatched. After waiting for 3-4 days for the courier, I checked the status online which showed that the courier has been delivered to ME on the previous day at 10:23 AM!!

I had been at home for the whole day and I remember that no one had came. Blue Dart delivery guy surely must have tricked by writing the name and putting my signature (as nothing is verified).

We called up Blue Dart office and got a loose response from them. They agreed to track the courier and get back. It has been a week and I have got no response from them yet.

Shame on Blue Dart courier services for this kind of service.

Please suggest what can be done in this case?
