Consignment misplaced

I had sent one courier from Gurgaon to Delhi on 23rd Nov, its been 6 days status is still showing "in transit". When i called them they said they have not received it ever. I have the receipt with me but i guess the courier boy has misplaced it. I called them 4 times, every time i got a reply that they have arranged a call back fro, their senior but no course of action was taken.

it was an application form, the deadline was 30th Nov.i have no option to send it thru courier now.

PLEASE AUTHORITIES TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM
