Road in a bad condition

Hi we travel everyday fron ANdheri to Jogeshwari. there is a road which is called agrawal estate which is absolutely in a bad condition inspite of being a connecting road to jogeshwari station. why is it not been attended?? the rickshaw walas refuse to take that road and take us from a longer route which is more time consuming as well as more money. i sincerely request the bmc to look into this and repair that road asap
