BMC, BUSES Mumbai (MH)
So much complaints..please read it

Dear sir, Buses (BMC) are taking so much time to come on the stop.

2>and also whenever they come, there r so much of crowd always inside of it.and if u entered how and any type.you cant reach or go outside of ur desired place.and

3> conductor and ticket maker just make their rules.and if crowed will be in buses.they don't stop the buses on the right stop.how passenger will go out on their destination.some people enter from first door.some people from last door.what is this? OK but what passenger will do? if so much crowed after-all they have to reach their offices, school, college on time.

now i just pointed out the basic problem on it.

4>passenger basically gents can come inside in the so much of crowed buses.and ladies have always facing the same problem daily, how can she come in and go out of buses.and in this condition if she come in the buses.gents misbehave with her.if she cry on it.other people wrong think on it.

5>and last please make a valid rules for buses and related to it.if they increase the charges of buses then

first provide all the facilities.
