WE HAD A THREE STOREY BUILDING TILL THEN IN SEPTEMBER THE LANDLORD AND BUILDER CONSTRUCTED THE 4TH FLR ON OUR TERRACE, IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPROACH THE BMC AND GET THE 4TH FLR DEMOLISHED, AS AT THAT TIME AND TILL NOW THERE IS NO PERMISSION FOR 4TH FLR IN OUR LOCALITY.SO SOMEONE PLEASE GUIDE ME. TODAY IS 12/02
