Bad Civic Sense

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the Garbage truck vehicle that comes everyday in our lane opposite the 7 Bungalows Bus Depot, at Andheri (West). Everyday, the truck driver parks the vehicle in the middle of the raod and blocks the cars in the already narrow road. On asking him to park it by the side of the road, he answers rudely. The name of the driver is Nilesh. On insistence, he started a verbal quarrel and threatened that they will boycott the lane. As tax-paying citizens, we are already facing the parking of outside vehicles in the lane. Add to that the BMC's lack of traffic sense... and we are also required to listen to threats from them. Can anything be done about this?
