Illegal construction on bmc service road

I am resident of sainagar kandivali (west). In our area Mr. Nivrutti Pawar Has opeened his private office on bmc Service road. Which is absolutely Neglected by BMC officers. This office used for various illegal activities like driking alcohol, playing card etc. On same road with the help of Mr Nivrutti Pawar one more person Mr Mahendra pawar has opened his saloon.

This illegal construction location is (Saingar Tulskar wadi, Mahatma Gandhi X road No 1, Kandivali (west), Mumbai -400067. Nr. Shradha Jwellers diomand co.)

so kindly give attention towards it.
