Clogged drainage in the society

I am a resident of B2 Neel Shanti Niketan, Kalina. Santacruz (East), Mumbai 400098. We are having our drainage clogged from past one month. When we complained this to our secretary he says that this is a issue with the entire colony and the clog is yet not determined. With monsoons on full swing at malaria all over my whole family is suffering. I am pregnant and have been sick for more than a month because of this stench and stagnant water.
