Drainage/sewerage system

I am staying at Ganga Sadan Building, P L Lokhande Marg Chembur, Mumbai-89. (Situated near Srinagar Complex) Since last one week my Building is filled with sewerage drain. The Road P L Lokhande Marg is also filled partially with sewerage drain and all residents in the locality had the best diwali season to remember BMC forever. So far no body from BMC has cared to look into the problem and the situation can spread to epidemics in the region. Can some one responsible literate person from BMC can read this message and act???
