Mosquito menace

I am living in Borivali (E) in Avon Enclave which is opposite to TATA SSL. There is a lot of construction activity taking place around the complex, especially a new building which is coming up right opposite Avon Majesty building. I believe, as a result of all this construction, the mosquito menace has considerably increased. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to all the tax paying residents of this colony. Also, there is a BMC owned public library in the vicinity which is exposed to this mosquito menace.

I request the concerned officer in charge to do the needful at the earliest, before any malarial epidemic breaks out. Thanking you in anticipation... CA Roy Samuel
