Open Manholes at Jay coach

There are several Open manholes on the footpath just outside SRPF Camp at Jay coach -W.E.Highway, goregaon east. These manholes are quite risky as there is always constant stream of people walking in both directions. There are bus stops on the same highway and people are always in a hurry to catch the bus etc... These manholes are kept open for last 15-20 days and are quite dangerous. Could anyone please attend to this immediately?
