Illegal water connection

1) "C" chawl, surjadevi bhavan, mohile village, pipeline, NR.parerawadi are usesing illegal water supply connection from last many years . and no bmc officer is taking interest in cutting this connection.even after Mumbai faces lots of water problem. i cant understand why these bmc is sleeping. please do some thing to save water

2) in mohile village we are also has the problem of stray DOGS who bites our small children s & aged peples & moter cycles driving persons who are coming at nights many times.

so, kindly request to do somthing about this.
