Encroachment on Bus Stop

Dear Sir,

This is with regards to BEST Bus stop loacted at Andheri west- Four Bungalows Market (opp Nand Kripa Hall) for Route no 38 plying from Goroegaon Depot to Jijamata Udyan where the hawkers had encroached the bus stop for storing /selling vegetables and fruits and the worst part is the seating arrangements have been intentionally removed thus depriving senior citizens and handicapped passengers to sit while waiting for bus which comes once in 40 minutes and i am one of the suferring handicapped passenger.

when we ask them its not the right place to sell and keep thier belongings... they abuse us saying HAFTA deta hain...

I Kindly request BMC and BEST authorities to take immediate and appropriate action as soon as possible.
