My Dad is 65 years old.he has purchased a xerox machine and he has taken a shop on rent and he is doing that business.

Now one BMC officer tells him that as he does not have licence, he is doing illegal work. He is asking for a bribe of 5000/-.when my dad refused he has called my dad at Vile parle court. My dad visited BMC office for licence long bak but they did not provide him licence.what is the solution? how do we get licence?
