BMC officers bias in demolishing constructions
Unfair actions taken by BMC officials

Sir, you might read this as if it is just a another mail but my humble request to take necessary actions on your unit.

Ward officers inspected and gave notice only to few houses who have constructed two floors but demolished only a few.

BMC officials and Police both take bribes from poor people when it comes to construction. This is to bring to your notice that various constructions have been come up from past few years in JOGESHWARI (E), PREM NAGAR, BANDRA PLOT, FISH MARKET.

Poor people invest their hard earned money to build their houses and in return they have to bribe police officers, BMS officers, WARD OFFICERS. These officers have no shame asking for bribe straightaway from people. If someone dont pay or raise voice against corruption, that person is not allowed to carry on construction work.

We have seen people building up two floors or more than that in Bandra, Andheri infact so many places. I dont find harm in this unless it is constructed well without harming or posing danger to any life.

But in Jogeshwari BMC officials have been demolishing few houses only because they didnt paid under the chair. There are hundreds of two floors houses in Jogeshwari (E) which BMC granted permissions by taking bribe. Now how could they demolished the new ones if they cannot destroy the existing ones.

Y they have have to grant permissions to contruct two, three floor houses. All i have to say is if they want to stop people building multistoreyed houses then they should demolished the existing ones as well.

I hope you would pay heed to our plea.
