Ude behaviour of bus conductors

The bmtc onductors are behaving too rudely nowadays... they don't even mind to use all the worst slangs... And if you try to question them they hit you with whatever they get... this matter is to be taken seriously... I'm citing this incident from my own experiences. bus no..
