Dear DCP

I would like to inform you about the harassment and mental torture inflicted upon by a Delhi Police personnel. The incident occurred on 06/09 (date) at around 5p to 6pm between (time). I was on a bike as pillion rider that was being driven by my employee. We were near Gopal Mandir in Pitampura. Over there, a Delhi Police constable, Ravinder asked us to stop and inquired about the papers. that time papers not available but after half an hours how my paper in policestation I showed him all the relevant papers he asked for. Despite all this, he started talking in a very rude language and when I asked him to tone down his language, he started abusing me with all the dirtiest abuses in front of everybody. He told me he'd show me the consequences to trying to teach policeman how to speak. Thereafter, he impounded my bike for without even trying to explain why. This act is a shame and not something one expects from Delhi Police.

Not only this, he told me to submit an application in ACP office in Netaji Subhas Palace Police Station and that I'd get the bike from there. I was willing to forget and forgive all this and reached Netaji Subhas PS next day. To my horror, nobody addressed my request there. I was sent back to Maurya Enclave PS. Again there nobody helped me out and they insisted I go back to Netaji Subhas PS. Its been 4 days that I am facing this back and forth, wasting my time because of an arrogant constable and suffering business losses.

I request you to look into the matter and bring justice to the sad and unfortunate proceedings initiated by Const. Ravinder that bring bad name to Delhi Police.
