Regarding Bharat Gas refulling

I want to complaint against a PSU Bharat Gas agency. They are refilling one cylinders in a period 40 days. As per the court order company are liable to refill the cylinders in period of 48 working hour if there is not a condition of shortage. But the agencies are not refilling the cylinders on time. Earlier they were refilling gas on a period of 21 days. But I got a news in daily news paper Dainik bhaskar (date 12-09, Page 7 Balaghat news) The companies don't have such kind of rules and court has ordered that the cylinders has to refill after 48 hours in case of booking. Due to this the customers are suffering a lot. The cylinders are the essential commodity for customers, if they are not getting in time so how they can survive.

So please file a complaint against Bharat Gas, because they are not ethical with there customers they are exploiting the consumers by not only mentally but also economically. Due to this consumers have to refill cylinders through black marketing.
