Delayed Courier delivery because of Company's internal issues

Hello,

I have complaint about dealyed courier services from BRIGHT INTERNATIONAL (Surat)

The courier services for Surat to Dubai is like, First they will send courier from Surat to Mumbai (Air Wings services), then after payment done by surat (Bright International), Air wings Mumbai will send to dubai, Normally it will take Maximum four days, but it has been delayed for 10 Days.

This courier containing some food stuffs and some importent document, But because of delayed now we can't eat food stuff also and i had some lost also because i haven't got my document on time.

Manager gave excuse that because of courier's weight problem, that is totally wrong excuse, thay are hidding their issues, but after investigation we found that it is because of delayed in payment to Air Wings.

So its totally their's (Bright International Surat) internal issues and i suffered...

So Kindly request you please take some serious action to Bright International Courier Surat, So no one else will suffer with the same problem... Please sir...
