On 20oct, some bses enforcement employess came to my house and asking my mother that there was a complaint for faulty meter. They have changed the meter. But there was no complaint regarding this from my side. After some time i receive a letter from BSES that your meter was tempered, and you have to pay Rs 32, 000 for penalty. According to them there is date mismatch in my meter. This is really painfull for me. I don't why they had change the meter and why send the bill.
