I would line to draw ur attention towards the working of ur organization in Bhiwadi

where almost every one has cancelled its BSNL landline connection, and next will be me due to the neglence of ur department. My phone No 01493-230083, which is not working for the last 15 days, though I have made personal complaint against if but no one has turned up, So u r requested to look into the matter and oblige.
