Faulty under ground cable

I am a consumer of BSNL, consumer no. 290720> My Land line -no. 0343-2532964 went dead. After docketing docket no. G-128 .in 22-12-09 no step has been taken to rectify the faulty line. When approaching the JTO Mr. Basudev Mondal no result was seen. Even the SDO (Phones) Mr. Basu was approached. We are running from pillar to post for the work to be done. The only answer we received aws that we should have contacts with the higher officials to get it repaired.
