Dear Sir,

we are an NGO "Pawansut Servangin Vikas Kendra" Our organization telephone No.0612-22214425 is not working and completely dead for more than two month. We have already made so many complaints in telephonic and verbally and personaly in telephone department .but still the position is same. BSNL people are not bothered to rectify the problem and also they are not giving any satisfactory reply.

In spite of our repeated attempts for the past few weeks, still our phone is out of order and we are helpless .what to do and how to precede the matter to get a better service, it is very much disappointing and frustrating us.we have no any previous dues. we already paid rent on dead condition.

Therefore, we request you to look into this matter and do the needful at your end.
