CHARGES IN BRODBAND

I applied for brodband in my telephone no.02823 221113 in march with my own modem, they told me brodband will start within a week, they comes to my home & install the modem. after one month i got a bill from bsnl they charged Rs.250 for installation & rant of brodband, while brodband yet not install!!! I complaint on 01/06 about above. But there is no reply from bsnl. Again today i write a reminder of my complaint.

They are worn me to paid this all amount otherwise my telephone will disconnect!!!

Please look in matter as soon as posibble.
