UNATTENDED, SERVICE FOR DEAD CONNECTION

Its has been over half a month now that I have been trying to recover my land-line number. My phone has internet package as well for I work from home. My husband, lodged a complaint 15 days ago, and till today the complaint is unanswered, unattended.
