Unable to unsubscribe music

Hi,

My mobile no is 9487248593. Some music station no-12630033 is activated in my mobile without my knowledge and it is charging Rs.19 unauthorisedly.

I tried to send message to unsubscribe for music station but every time it is unavailable. They have charged me for about 1yrs Rs.19 each month. Can you please unsubscribe it.
