Delay in issue of passport

Egional passport offfice hyderabad

good day sir,

i have submitted my newborn baby s passport application on 27th january {file no.z350177}.his enquiry was over & we also received the receipt mentioning that the clear reporthas been send to the regional passport office hyderabad.

i still didnt' get the passport.the passport status when checked on internet shows that it will be dispatch in a week .this was shown since one month.please do the needful.
