COMPLAINT PENDING FOR ATTENDANCE

My land line is out of order since 8th September. I even complained about it on the same day. Complaint no 56783047 phone no 24402916.To my suprise when I approached BSNL for non attendance of my complaint. I was informed that the compliant was closed and was issued a fresh no 56812471 dated 17/9/10.

I donot find any recourse to rectify the faulty line except to bring it to your notice. Kindly provide a speedy remedy to my problem.
